According to the Road Map of Petrochemistry Development before 2025:
11.1 million tonnes – large-scale polymer output by 2025;
600 thousand tonnes – expected export of large-scale polymers in 2020;
4.4 million tonnes – planned export of large-scale polymers by 2025.

“I think these plans are achievable. The Road Map was compiled by a wide range of experts. We need to use these Map, follow it and be persistent in achieving planned figures”, Anatoly Zamriy, Expert, Russian Chemists Union, Member of Chemical Industry Committee at Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs
